All items are sent UPS ground unless specified. All sales are final!!!

If any item is cancelled after payment has been processed, or if any shipment is refused, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer. Plus the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Pre-Sells are charged when the order is placed, Pre-Sells cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.
